2/3 c. cottage cheese 1/3 c. cold water 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. blueberries 1/3 c. hot water 1/3 c. powdered milk and 3 pkgs. Equal 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 env. unflavored gelatin Soften gelatin in cold water, then add hot water. Blend until smooth. Add rest of ingredients and blend again until smooth. Stir in blueberries. Chill until firm.
